On behalf of the board of directors, we would like to welcome you to the Homeowners association webpage for Labana Woods subdivision. The subdivision is located at the Northwest corner of the Beech Daly and Wick Road intersection of Taylor Michigan

Our Homeowners Association board includes 5 board Members on the Labana Woods Board of Directors. Directors are elected by the Homeowners at each annual meeting. The board is charged with specific responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Declaration of Covenants Restrictions and Bylaws.

Each homeowner is obligated to pay $300 per year assessment (dues), which allows us to operate the Association. You will receive a statement for your yearly assessment in November with must be postmarked by March 1st to be received without penalty.
